HELLO THERE!
I’m Lee Button, a photographer based in Bedfordshire, U.K.
In 2018, I picked up photography as a hobby, but by 2019 I had developed a real passion for improving my camera skills. After sharing some of my photos online, I was pleased to see the positive response to my work - from family, friends, and even experienced photographers. This encouraged me pursue my interest further, embarking on my exciting journey to become a professional.
I’ve been working for the past 13 years as a plumber at a lovely wildlife park, ZSL Whipsnade Zoo. Here, I have been grateful to take advantage of the fantastic scenery, the animals and with the help of the amazing staff around me, to capture the moment in a photo of whatever catches my eye.
Over the years, I have really evolved my style as a nature photographer. Still, I am learning new techniques everyday to further my skills with camera work and editing.
